woohoo..managed to hit 100 chinups in 1 day b4 i book out~
is do till failure everitime and recover and do again..so feel quite proud of it haha
now arms still feel quite ok but tink ill feel the effects tml morning

aft tt went out wif mel to makan and search for fran's pressie...
the chinese noodles there can say is better than crystal jade!
the noodles are nice la..but i haf the better soup base while she had the better tasting beef...
wonder if can ask the aunty to gime the soup and the beef tgt nxt time anot..hhaahhaa
den dno y she keep laffing like mad..damn cute lah

managed to find this solar power doll thing..v cute 1 but super ex lah..passed it to agnes so she can go find fran...
desmond sure is v skinny..lolz...
